Cashmere Manufacturing and Dashain in Nepal
Dashain is the biggest Hindu festival and religious holiday in Nepal. Every year around the months of September/October according to the Lunar Calendar Hindus and in general all Nepalese celebrate Dashain in Nepal. During the festival, all Nepalese go back to their homes to celebrate the festival with their families. So during this time everything closes in Nepal and no work is done. Just to make it clear on the two most important days of the festival even the newspapers closes down.
All cashmere manufacturing companies also close down for this festival and no production is done. All buyers manufacturing Cashmere in Nepal should plan ahead for this holiday and should place their orders a head of time so it gets shipped out before the holiday.
