If you are trying to start a new Cashmere brand, you need to find a good manufacturer who will work with you for the long term and builds a sustainable relationship with you. Treatment of Workers: Cashmere manufacturer should not be using Child labor at any cost not because you won’t buy Cashmere form the manufacturer but because the Cashmere manufacturer genuinely believes and respect child rights and understands it is a crime against humanity to employ child labor. Apart from Child labor, all workers should be paid fairly and in accordance to the countries labor law.
The cashmere manufacturer wants to supply you with good quality products not because you pay him more but because the manufacturer understands the success of his business depends on the success of your business.

One more suggestion for brands looking to manufacture Cashmere in Nepal. There is nothing like A grade, B Grade and C Grade cashmere. All 100% Cashmere has to be 15.5 micron in fiber diameter and should be lab tested by SGS, Intertek or any other internationally recognized testing institution.
If you are buying 50% Cashmere 50% Merino Wool or any blended products, please make sure you get the Test report and verify it with the institution. This will save you money, time and loss of your design.
